LUZHOU has its own public utility engineering system. The transformer substation capacity is 110 KVA. The boiler steaming capacity id 4MT/hr. and near the Heat and Power Station which will generating electric capacity 21,000KW/hr and steaming capacity will be 230MT/hr. The capacity of depurative water is 35,00MT/day. The refrigeration capacity is 40000kcar/hr . The capacity of the biochemical treatment equipment is 100MT/day and the incinerator capacity of the waste residue treatment is 5Mts/day.
